Joining the NPL system is a wonderful opportunity for any young player. On behalf of everyone at the Pascoe Vale FC, we wish you good luck as you begin your journey.

You should expect the quality of coaching, the standard of education and the all-round experience to be outstanding.

We expect all NPL Youth Players to show commitment to and respect for their fellow players of all ages, for their coaches and their Club, and for both the rules and the spirit of the game.

The Pascoe Vale FC operates the NPL Youth system on behalf Football Federation of Victoria and also works closely with, The Football Federation of Australia.

Pascoe Vale FC NPL Youth Program aim to encourage students to ‘Play the PVFC Way’. An unforgettable soccer experience for 12 to 19 year old boys is awaiting for you.

Pascoe Vale FC is one of the leading forces in Victorian soccer with 6 NPL Youth leagues titles and 3 runners up. Pascoe Vale FC National Premier League Youth program have been running since 2014 and offers players the opportunity to learn soccer and ‘Play the PVFC way’.

Our National Premier League youth program provide young players with an opportunity to develop, learning new techniques and skills, all under the guidance of our coaching staff and Technical Director.

We offer something different and something unique by developing players both on and off the pitch, educating them through experiences that will shape their progression into young adults and giving them skills that can be used throughout their lives.

When ever you are lucky enough to attend a PVFC coaching programme we hope you have fun and enjoy learning how to play ‘The PVFC Way'.

The coaching program focuses on technical and tactical player development. Small sided games are played under high intensity conditions to improve passing, speed of movement, technique, and game understanding.

Pascoe Vale FC close their stadia in the summer months with very little notice and therefore exact destinations and availability may need to change without prior warning.

2019 FEES

2019 Fees - $2,250 (includes GST and volunteers levy)

FEES include the following:

Football Federation of Victoria Registration fee Football Federation Insurance.
Game outfit (Shirt , Shorts , Socks) 2 x Training Outfit (Shirt , Shorts , Socks) ,PVSC Tracksuit and PVFC Sports Bag.
Technical Director ,C Licence Coach ,Goal Keeper Coach Team Analysis Video ,Team Manager ,NPL Youth Club Membership (2 adult x 1 player), Free Entry to all senior home games , Referee Fees ,Equipment ,Council Grounds , Maintenance , Line Marking , Utility Costs and Administration costs. Physiotherapist / Sports Therapist

Payment of Fees Structure

1st Installment $800.00 (Within 5 days after acceptance of trials)

Final Payment - Due 1st February - Fees must be paid before the season commences.

COMPULSORY
Shin Guards / Water Bottles Compulsory for ALL Trial Sessions.

[b]TRAINING CANCELLATION

Please note due to extreme hot weather conditions, ALL junior training
sessions U7-U16 will be cancelled, if the temperature reaches 36 degrees by 4pm by order
of the committee.
A message will be posted on Social Media Channels.

Volunteers Levy

Pascoe Vale FC needs volunteers. Running our club takes quite some effort and we rely upon the generosity of volunteers at all levels of the club in giving their time. Sadly, we are always short of volunteers and there are a number of jobs that need doing that are not done as effectively as we would like through personnel shortages. Some roles don't actually take much time, yet we cannot seem to fill them.

The lack of volunteers is always an ongoing concern, and it has been especially obvious that a change is required. The committee has decided to introduce a "Volunteer Levy" for the 2019 season to impress upon players' families the urgent need to have volunteer assistance to successfully operate the functions of the club. Those that participate in a range of voluntary roles will have this levy refunded.

This will operate as follows:

Volunteer Levy refunds will only apply to registered volunteers that have participated in at least 25 hours per family per season, in approved voluntary roles. These include:

  • Committee Role
  • Working Bees (would need to attend more than one to complete 25 hrs)
  • Coordinating /attending functions in a helper capacity
  • Approved fundraising events
  • Administrative support in some committee-managed initiative
  • Line and field marking
  • Kit Coordinator
  • Equipment Coordinator
  • Documented ground official duties by authorised members, Other significant tasks as approved by executive committee
  • Sponsors of cash or goods in excess of $500 have already met the requirements and are excluded from this initiative.[/b]

The Volunteer Levy refund does not apply for tasks like:

  • Washing jerseys
  • Running Lines
  • Second or third assistant coaches
  • Setting up or bringing down goals or flags
  • Providing half-time fruit at games
  • Attending games or training, or providing lifts to/from these
